Outstandingly accommodating staff and cheap rooms, we had a good experience. The breakfast offered variety of food and was good. The location was great and perfect, at a medium distance from Titanic Museum. We truly enjoyed spending 1 night here.

I woudl ve been delighted had i received the room i reserved, but alas, the front desk was absent. The air conditioner barely worked, and my room had no deadbolt. I ended up using the wi-fi outside- so considerate! Almost left a good review, but just couldn't.

The service from staff. You asked for something only once. You not only got what you asked for but also had a follow up latter.
Pool was out of order for the two weeks that I was there.

Very kind and polite staff, cute 'theme,' great location in town, easy access to back routes to avoid traffic, convenient to shopping and restaurants.
It could do with a little updating, but everything was definitely sufficient and clean.

nice Victorian exterior, cozy lobby decor, small parking lot
Door lock issues in multiple rooms!!! Staff should find better solutions for reservation confirmations!!! Cleanliness is a must. Trash left under the bed is unacceptable!!! Shoddy maintenance in bathrooms is noticeable!!!

The Christian lady at the reception desk.
The price. It is meant to be rustic, but it would help to just paint the floor of the porch area and get rid of any outside white chairs that are broken. Loved the outside appearance from the front.

It was inexpensive and was centrally located.
Several of the amenities listed when booked were not available. There was supposed to be a fridge, free wifi and a pool. The room beside us had a fridge but we did not, we could not get online and had to go to another hotel to use the pool.

the hotel staff was wonderful, they helped alot.
They need a new coke machine it took an hour to get 6 cokes. Seriously one hour to get 6 cokes. The floor was dirty under the bed when we arrived. We had to walk next door to use the pool at the queen anne II and they had a cracked pool so the water was freezing cold from them having to fill it every morning. Plus there was no shampoo or condictioner in any rooms

Location.
The ad on the internet from which we booked our room was misleading. The rooms were very run down ( wallpaper peeling, carpet shredded etc.) and our nonsmoking room smelled of smoke. The pool that was advertised was not filled and full of trash, algae and old lawn furniture. The continental breakfast was a box of donuts and coffee. The ice machine was broken.
